Argyll Whiskey Beer’s “Fungi” Burger

Serves: 10-15, 6 ounce portions

Ingredients

5 lbs. 80/20 Ground beef
4 lbs. cremini mushrooms
3 tbsp garlic

Directions

Fine dice mushrooms and mince garlic, dry in sauté pan over low heat.
Cool mushrooms, fold into meat.
Cook medium, and serve with butter braised leeks and gruyere.
