Recent Promotions: The Mushroom Council entered a joint promotion with the Beef Council and Old Chicago to promote select items featuring mushrooms in the "Meat Up" at Old Chicago Promotion from Oct. 1 - Nov. 11, 2007. There were 91 participating locations across the U.S., which included a Steak n' Shroom Sandwich, Philly Steak Stromboli and Old Chicago Classic Steak and Mushrooms.
